It all started with a man and a dream…to make cornhole boards

Meet Ben.

What do you get when you take a skateboarder from the 80’s who is an artist/graphic designer, finish carpenter, sprinkle in some engineering skills, mix with chill attitude? You get some kick ass cornhole boards!!

You want more of the story?

So I’m a carpenter and a pretty good wood worker. I one day decide to build a set of cornhole boards with my son. I googled the specs and a few hours later we had some boards. First time playing on these boards was at a family picnic and at this picnic we had some hardcore cornholers. I quickly learned our boards were not really that good. This didn’t make me happy. I wanted to build an awesome set of boards not lame ones. So I did my research and started talking to people who compete. Talking to people who just play for fun. Then I started just watching how people play the game. This also got me to start playing the game more. Fast forward a few years, now I’m throwing bags as much as I’m building boards and other cornhole accessories. I’m not just a builder anymore, I’m in the game as well. I built a bunch of prototypes. I then designed a board that has what I feel is a balance of all that makes the game what it is. I use pocket screws and glue to hold the frames together. I also use 3/4inch Baltic Burch tops and frames. These boards are definitely a competitive level board that has NO bounce because of my unique construction technique. We are definitely having a blast designing and building them. Every set is hand made piece by piece. I look forward to building your boards.
